Approved for rezoning earlier this year and progressing quickly through preliminary and final plat stages in February 2025, this property is on track to become a vibrant mixed use destination.

Current Progress
Our latest aerial footage shows heavy equipment sculpting the land for Plat 1, complete with new road infrastructure and a signature roundabout that will serve future retail and commercial tenants. Developers are preparing building sites for upcoming restaurants, shops, hotels, office buildings, and more.

Kettlestone Lakes is being designed as a modern commercial hub, featuring landscaped pond areas, pedestrian pathways, and nearly four acres of green space. Its prime location along Interstate 80 gives it unmatched visibility, while the surrounding Kettlestone corridor creates opportunities for walkable connections to nearby neighborhoods and future developments.
