A georeferenced overhead site map stitched from dozens of overlapping frames. RTK GPS ensures centimeter-level accuracy — useful for tracking earthwork, catching grading errors, and giving owners a measurable record of weekly progress across the full footprint. Exported as high-res JPG and GeoTIFF.
Standardized high-res stills captured from identical angles and altitudes on every visit. The consistency is the point — you can compare Week 4 to Week 12 at a glance. Ideal for owner reports, insurance documentation, draw requests, and dispute protection. Delivered as numbered, dated high-res JPGs in your shared folder.
A site flyover video captured and edited for stakeholder review. Starter and Active Site packages include a clean flyover edit. Full Immersion includes a branded edit with title cards and your project name. Useful for owner updates, lender draws, and project marketing. Delivered as MP4 within 24 hours.
Immersive interactive panoramas that let remote stakeholders virtually walk the site from their desk. Up to 4 per visit, placed at key vantage points around the site perimeter or at areas of active progress. Delivered as a shareable interactive viewer link — no app or download required.
A brief written summary prepared after each flight noting site conditions, areas captured, any access limitations or notable observations, and a file index. Useful for project logs, owner reporting, and keeping a documented record of what was captured on each visit date.

Recurring programs aren't always the right fit. For milestone flights, one-time documentation requests, or custom deliverables, à la carte services are available at an hourly rate.
Need a single milestone flight? A one-time orthomosaic before breaking ground? A 360° panorama for a project handoff? We offer flexible hourly-rate services for projects that don't need a recurring program — or for anything outside the scope of your current plan.

Common Questions
All recurring programs require a minimum of 4 visits, billed monthly. After that, programs continue month-to-month. You're not locked into a long-term contract.
Processed deliverables are in your shared folder within 24 hours of the flight, every time. No waiting on ortho maps or edited video for days.
Yes. If your reporting needs change or a new phase kicks off, we can adjust your package going into the next billing period. Reach out and we'll sort it out.
Listed prices are starting rates. Larger sites — especially those requiring multiple battery swaps or extended flight time — may be quoted slightly higher. We'll confirm the exact rate before your program starts.
We're based in Waukee and serve the greater Central Iowa area. Travel fees may apply for sites outside a reasonable drive. Contact us with your site location and we'll confirm availability.
Yes — every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot with commercial liability insurance. Documentation is available on request for your project files or GC requirements.
Photos are delivered as high-res JPGs. Orthomosaics are exported as JPG and GeoTIFF. Video is delivered as MP4. 360° panoramas are provided as shareable viewer links. Everything lands in a shared cloud folder, organized by date.
Yes — panoramas can be added to any package as an à la carte add-on at the hourly rate. We'll quote the additional time needed based on how many positions you want captured per visit. Get in touch and we'll build a custom scope.
