From the Field

Three phases.
One program.

This is what consistent aerial documentation looks like across a full build cycle. Same angles, every visit, delivered within 24 hours so your team can act on what they see.

Who Uses It

Built for every stakeholder
on the project team.

Progress photography serves multiple audiences simultaneously — from the field team to the bank. One flight, many use cases.

Lender Draw Documentation

Banks and construction lenders increasingly request aerial photo documentation to verify milestone completion before releasing draw funds. Our labeled deliverables are formatted for this workflow.

Project Manager Reporting

Give PMs and supers a consistent visual record to report progress to ownership, subcontractors, and clients without requiring a site visit.

Claims & Dispute Documentation

Time-stamped, dated aerial imagery provides credible visual evidence of site conditions at specific points in time — valuable if disputes arise around scope, damage, or schedule.

Owner & Stakeholder Updates

Remote owners and stakeholders who can't regularly visit the site get a meaningful visual update without requiring anyone to travel or take photos from the ground.

Marketing & Business Development

High-quality aerial progress photography provides compelling content for your portfolio, LinkedIn presence, and project case studies.

Project Archive

A complete visual timeline from groundbreaking to completion becomes a permanent project record — useful for warranty claims, future renovation, and portfolio documentation.

Common Questions

Progress photography FAQ

Standard deliveries include 10–20 high-resolution stills per visit, covering the full site perimeter, active work zones, and key structural details. Full Immersion program clients receive expanded coverage with no fixed ceiling.
We save GPS waypoints and altitude data from the first visit and reference them on every subsequent flight. We also document reference photos for each angle so the framing stays matched across your entire documentation program.
Standard delivery is high-resolution JPEG — typically 20–48 megapixel depending on equipment used, suitable for any reporting, print, or web purpose. RAW files are available on request for clients who need post-processing flexibility.
Each visit is delivered into a dated subfolder within your shared cloud drive (Google Drive or Dropbox). Files are named with visit date and angle label. A capture summary document is included with each delivery.
Our recurring documentation programs require a minimum of 4 visits. Setup and flight-plan calibration happen on visit one, and the real value of progress documentation compounds over multiple visits. We also offer one-time milestone capture for specific project phases on request.
We monitor weather closely and will reach out 24 hours in advance if conditions require a reschedule. We work with your schedule to reschedule within the same reporting window whenever possible, and your billing is not affected by weather-delayed visits.
Yes — most clients combine progress photography with orthomosaic mapping and/or progress video in a single visit. Our Standard and Full Immersion programs bundle multiple deliverables to maximize value per flight.
