Construction Progress Video

See Your Job Site From Above.
Every Visit. Same Path.

Recurring 4K aerial flyovers flown along a locked flight path, so every clip lines up with the last — week over week, month over month, from groundbreak to handoff.

Why Stakeholders Ask For It

Ground photos don't tell the whole story.

Owners, lenders, and project execs need to see the full site, not a dozen disconnected ground shots. Consistent aerial video gives every stakeholder the same view of progress — without another site visit, another meeting, or another round of emails asking "what does it look like now?"

Faster Stakeholder Updates

Share a 60–90 second aerial clip instead of scheduling another walkthrough. Owners, investors, and off-site execs stay aligned without leaving their desk.

Defensible Documentation

Date-stamped, time-stamped aerial footage protects you in change-order disputes, subcontractor issues, and insurance claims. Proof the work was done — on the day it was done.

Marketing-Ready Footage

Every progress flight generates cinematic B-roll for your sales team, social channels, and case studies. Build your portfolio while you build the project.

Measurable Progress

Visual proof of schedule progress for bank draws, investor updates, and monthly owner reports. Stop describing progress — show it.

The Saved-Path Method

Same pilot. Same flight plan. Every time.

Most drone footage looks random because it is. Our process is built for construction documentation — not hobbyist B-roll. We plan each site once, lock the flight path, and fly the exact same route on every visit so clips align frame-to-frame over time.

01 · Site Intake

We walk the job with your superintendent, identify priority zones, and pre-clear airspace. Any active airspace or Part 107.41 waivers are filed before we ever launch.

02 · Flight Plan Locked

We script a repeatable mission — altitudes, headings, waypoints, speeds, camera angles. Saved as a mission file and flown identically on every return visit.

03 · Recurring Flights

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — you choose the cadence. Same pilot every time so nothing is lost in translation and your team knows the face on site.

04 · 24-Hour Delivery

Color-graded 4K master, zone clips, and web-optimized cuts land in your Dropbox or Procore within one business day. Share links ready to forward.

Built For

Serious builders of serious projects.

We document the kind of projects where "where are we this week?" is a question that costs real money. If your job runs six months or longer and has more than one stakeholder, the saved-path method pays for itself.

Data Center & Mission-Critical

Hyperscale builds where owners, tenants, and engineering teams are spread across multiple time zones. Weekly aerial video keeps everyone aligned without another fly-out.

Commercial & Industrial

Warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing — where tilt-up panels, steel, and site logistics evolve fast and need regular visual documentation for owners and lenders.

Infrastructure & Civil

Runways, roadways, bridges, utility corridors — linear projects where a saved flight path captures miles of work in a single repeatable pass.

Large Commercial Developers

Mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality. Monthly progression video builds your marketing library while keeping bank draws and investor updates on rails.

Delivered as a Recurring Program

FAQ

Questions we hear from project teams.

How often should we fly?

Most commercial projects run well on bi-weekly or monthly cadence. Fast-moving phases — earthwork, steel erection, exterior skin — often benefit from weekly during the critical window.

What about weather delays?

Flights are rescheduled at no cost if conditions are unsafe or below FAA minimums. We monitor weather 48 hours out and coordinate directly with your super to pick the optimal window.

Can we add narration or branding?

Yes. Voiceover, title cards, logo lower-thirds, and custom color grading are available as add-ons for owner presentations, investor decks, and marketing cuts.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Full commercial-use license is included with every program. Raw 4K originals are retained and available to you at any time during the project.

Do you fly active sites safely?

Yes. OSHA 30 certified, $5M liability, Part 107 compliant. We coordinate launch/recovery zones with your super, brief the crew, and fly when and where it's safest — minimal disruption to trades on the ground.

How do we get footage?

Deliverables land in your Dropbox, Procore, or a private web viewer within 24 hours of the flight. Shareable links ready to forward — no huge attachments, no file transfer friction.
